Essence - You Belong To Me

Hello everyone,

Hope you're doing fine!
Here in Toulouse we've got a wonderful weather (after 2 days of bad weather) and it's almost the weekend! Yaay :D

Today I've got for you my first Essence ever! This is the 2nd polish I've got from my swap with sweetest Stéphanie.
Essence is a French brand, but for some unknown reason, it is not sold in Toulouse! And it's a pity, because it'a great brand. So I've had to get it from Belgium LOL :D

Essence You Belong To Me is a wonderful smooth easily applying cream. Really, is applies like butter, no streaks at all and you'll need 2 coats for full coverage. I was very pleasantly surprised with this one, and just look at this aqua-baby blue! I think it gorgeous, even though it seems to me that it gives me major lobster hands ;)

So here are the pictures:

Niiice!! Thank you Stéphanie!!! Big hugs to you!

I forgot to add an important question in my giveaway, but I'm gonna ask it here:
Do you think I should star giving notes to polishes? You know, like 4/5 for application, 5/5 for wear, etc...? I've seen this on other blogs. Do you find it useful?

Thank you for reading and thank in advance to those who'll answer my little question ;)

Have a nice dday everyone!
See ya!
Big hugs!!!

  6. Love this colour!
It also really frustrates me that Essence isn't available in France or the UK. It's a brand that would do sooo well here!
As for ratings, I think it's a good idea :-)

  9. @Laura: Thank you, Laura! Well, Essence is available in Paris. I'll may be going to Paris this fall (probably in September) so I'll get some Essence from there. So if anyone is interested for a swap... ;)

    @nana: Than you!

@Liz: It really is is great in terms of formula.
I also own OPI What's With the Catitude? which is also a gorgeous light blue, but the formula is not great at all.
Essence has a hint of green in it, that What's with the Catitude doesn't have ;)
