Zoya Breezi + mani

 Hello everyone!

Hope your weekend was ok, we had 2 days wonderful weather here in Toulouse! We've had very beautiful weather here, but  we also have the perspective of a terrible drought if it won't rain soon...

For this Sunday I have for you the 1st of the 7 nail polishes I've bought from the Zoya 2011 summer collection: Zoya Breezi.

This polish is actually part of the Summertime half of the collection, which contains only creams.
So Breezi, is a wonderful dusty blue cream, with perfect application and great wear. It looks very very similar to OPI's Suzi Says Feng Shui... very very similar... I'll do a direct comparison in a next post. I really love this blue...

Here I'm wearing 2 coats of Zoya Breezi and 1 coat of NailTek Quicken:

Then, I've decided to see how it'd look like with a coat of OPI Last Friday Night ( this is 2 coats in fact ;) ):

This was taken in the sun.
And this one too.
And as I was in the mood for trying out stuff... I've added one coat of the Silver Shatter over all:

And the most spectacular effect was obtained after I've added one coat of top coat (NailTek) on top! The mani looks a little bit like ancient unpolished silver jewelry! I've never expected that!

I wish a very good  week to everyone!

See ya!
Hugs! ;)

OPI - Honk If You Love OPI - Touring America

Hello everyone!

This is the last of the 5 polishes from the Touring America collection I have for now.
This is Honk If You love OPI. I don't know really which part or city of America is this polish dedicated to... but it's a very beautiful aubergine shade, with a very nice shiny finish. Just beautiful.
Here I'm wearing 2 coats of Honk If You Love OPI, but I'd recommend wearing 3, as bald spots can be seen here and there... The formula is nice, but is a little on the thin side. Drying time is normal for a cream.

Here are the pics!

This one was taken in the sun... sorry for the bald spots...
Thought I could add a something extra to it... so, here it is with the famous Silver Shatter from OPI on top!
I like the light coloured shatters, looks like I've got crackled dinosaur eggs instead of nails LOL! :D

On the 5 polishes I've swatched, my favorite is French Quarter For Your Thoughts followed closely by My Address Is Hollywood.

The rest of the collection also contains  the following polishes:
  • Suzi Takes The Wheel (!) - another gray, darker than French Quarter For Your Thoughts
  • I Break For Manicures - a dark purple
  • Uh-oh Roll Down The Window - olive green cream
  • Get In The Expresso Lane -  dark brown cream
  • Road House Blues - dark blue cream
  • Colour To Dinner For - wine red shimmer
  • Are We There Yet? - orange shimmer
These can be seen on my friend Ruxi's blog, Une Ruxi à Paris.
And here I'd like to dedicate a few lines to thank her so much for having sent these to me!! This was such a nice thing of her, not many people would do it. We've known each other since high school, and we've been supporting each-other a lot over these past months in this polish-mania.. ;) Thank you for everything! Love you girl!!!! ;)

Now, I gotta go to work!!! ;)

See ya!
Hugs!!!!
