Hello everyone,
My first Deborah Lippmann ever!!!
It took me some time before I've found out a way to buy a Deborah Lippmann at a normal price and to be shipped internationally ;) I'm happy ;)
The polish in the bottle was exactly how imagined it would be. The funny part is that I would've never guessed that the bottle was actually a cube! I thought it was way flatter than it actually is ;D LOL
But on the nail... that's another problem.
It looks cute, I really like it. BUT, the next time I'll be wearing this polish, it will be over an opaque nude base.
See, in the pics bellow I'm wearing 5 (five) coats, and still got major VNL, and the sweet blue colour I saw on other blogs is not there... The drying time was however surprisingly good.
So, here I'm wearing 5 coats of Deborah Lippmann - Glitter In the Air, no top coat:
I still think it's cute! And I'll try again with other Deborah Lippmann polishes. On my list there are Razzle dazzle and Lara's Theme... ;)
See ya soon!
BIG HUGS!!!
Definitely great addition to your nail polish stash! I don't have any DL polish in mine yet...
ReplyDeleteThank you Biba! It really is a great polish and I'm so happy to have one. Unfortunately there is no way in getting these by 4 of by 5 as I do with China Glazes or OPIs... they are way too expensive...
ReplyDeleteOoh this one turned out so cute on you!
ReplyDeleteOh, thank you, ChaosButterfly! You're so nice! <3
ReplyDeleteI've never really gotten excited about Deborah Lippmann polishes but this does look good on you .
ReplyDeleteIt looks super great! :)

ReplyDeleteIt would be a pleasure for me to follow you too, I'd only need your URL.
For that, you can either send me an e-mail, either you fill in the Google form on the right side of the blog :)
I was soooo close to buying this polish the other day, but didn't want to spend the money on it ... It looks amazing though!
ReplyDeleteThank you! Ouh, yes.. they're expensive. I don't think I'm gonna get my second Deborah Lippmann any time soon. Maybe in September. Or maybe not.
;) Asta e acuma. Mi-am luat Alpine Snow, o sa pun peste el. Oricum imi place.
ReplyDeleteGoodness this is just so gorgeous. so different and pretty. <3
ReplyDeleteOMG ! je sues JALOUSE ! j'attends qu'une chose et c'est que le paquet dans lequel il est arrive ! :)
ReplyDeleteEncore une fois, j'adooooore tes ongles ! :)
Xx. S
@Fragrancia: Thank you so much! HUGS!
ReplyDelete@Stephanie: Ahh! T'as reussi a faire un swap avec quelqu'un qui a pu te l'envoyer? C'est genial!! Moi je l'ai achete sur ebay ;D (c'est le seul moyen si on veut se l'acheter tout seul)
Cute! The glitters are so pretty! I hope you find the right base for it. It's a shame that the base isn't as opaque. I think it looks the prettiest over a light blue base. :)
ReplyDeleteThis looks gorgeous...Love it...
ReplyDeleteand you have very beautiful nails...following you now. :)
@Liz: Thank you so much, sweetie!!! And thank you for the tip! I have Essie Borrowed and Blue. I'll try it out when I'll be back home :)
ReplyDelete@vertu: Thank you so much, and thank you for following me! Big hugs!!! <3
The colour in the bottle is quite similar to Barry M - Blue Moon, I bet it would look great layered over that!
ReplyDeleteI don't know Barry M - Blue Moon. I'll look up for it ;) But, yes, this polish is indeed excellent fort layering over nude, white or light blue shades.
